At Zeeno Tech, we believe in giving schools full control. You can cancel your ZeenoSchool subscription at any time without any cancellation fee. This policy explains what happens when you cancel and what to expect.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your ZeenoSchool subscription through any of the following methods:

✅ There are no cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time without penalty.

2. What Happens After Cancellation

Here's a clear timeline of what happens after you cancel:

Day of Cancellation

Cancellation is confirmed via email. Auto-renewal is immediately stopped. Your access to ZeenoSchool continues until the end of your current billing period.

Until End of Billing Period

You retain full access to all features you subscribed to. Students, teachers, and parents can continue using the platform normally. This period has already been paid for.

After Billing Period Ends — Grace Period (30 days)

Platform access is restricted. You can still log in to export your data. No new data can be added. No charges are applied during this period.

After 30-Day Grace Period

Your school account and all associated data (student records, attendance, fee history, etc.) is permanently deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible.

⚠️ Please export all your data before the end of the 30-day grace period. After deletion, data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

3. Data Export Before Cancellation

Before cancelling, we strongly recommend you export your important data:

All exports are available in Excel (.xlsx) and PDF formats. If you need help with data export, contact our support team before cancelling.

4. Cancellation by Zeeno Tech

Zeeno Tech reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account in the following circumstances:

In case of cancellation due to non-payment or policy violation, no refund will be issued. In other cases, a pro-rated refund may be provided at our discretion.

We will provide at least 7 days' notice before cancellation except in cases of fraud or illegal activity.

7. Cancellation FAQs

Will I be charged after I cancel?
No. Once you cancel, auto-renewal is immediately stopped. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You retain access until the end of your current paid period.
Can I still use ZeenoSchool after cancelling?
Yes, until the end of your current billing period. After that, access is restricted but you can still log in to export data during the 30-day grace period.
What happens to student data after cancellation?
Your data is preserved during the access period and the 30-day grace period. After the grace period, all data is permanently and securely deleted from our servers.
Will parents and students lose access when I cancel?
Parent and student app access will be restricted as soon as the billing period ends. It's advisable to inform all stakeholders before cancelling.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. ZeenoSchool has zero cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime, no questions asked.
Can I cancel mid-month and get a refund for the remaining days?
For monthly plans, no refund is issued for the remaining days of the current billing period — but you retain full access until it ends. Please refer to our Refund Policy for annual plan refund eligibility.
