• Communications: Messages, notices, and any content you send within the platform.

• Device information (device type, operating system, browser type)
• Log data (IP address, pages visited, time and date of access)
• Usage data (features used, session duration, actions taken)
• Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)

• Payment confirmation and transaction data from Razorpay
• Authentication data if you use Google Sign-In

• Within Your School: Information is shared among authorized users of the same school account (admin, teachers, parents, students) as required by the platform's functionality.
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted service providers including Razorpay (payment processing), cloud hosting providers, and SMS/email service providers who are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business Transfers: In case of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred to the new entity, with prior notice to you.

• Student accounts are created and controlled by authorized school administrators or parents/guardians.
• We do not allow minors to independently register on our platform.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.
• Schools using our platform are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents/guardians.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your school account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

• Active account data is retained throughout the subscription period.
• After account termination, data is retained for 90 days in case of reactivation.
• Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax laws.
• Upon written request, we will delete all personal data within 30 days after the retention period.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations).

Fee payments on ZeenoSchool are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you make a payment, you are subject to Razorpay's privacy policy and terms. We recommend reviewing their policy at razorpay.com/privacy. We receive only transaction confirmation and limited payment metadata — we never store your full card or banking details.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Sending an email notification to registered accounts
• Displaying a prominent notice on the platform
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
